We're developers, designers, marketers and account managers- who all realize the potential of the Internet and know how to use it.

Our management team includes:

Sean Utt is President of Strateja-XL and holds responsibility of overall management of the company and IT operations. He also is responsible for development, focusing on programming web-based applications, interactive tools and custom data bases. Sean is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute.

Scott McKeel is Vice President of Sales with responsibilities for all sales, customer service and finances. With over eleven years in the industry, he is a skilled observer and intermediary between technology users and technology developers. Scott is a native of Oregon and a graduate of Oregon Polytechnic Institute.

Rebecca Anderson is Vice President of Finance and oversees the web creative department. She has many years of experience in web development, design, information architecture and project management. Rebecca graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.

Richard Anderson is Vice President of Marketing and directs all marketing and public relations activities for the company. Richard is a graduate of Portland State University and has proven experience developing targeted creative strategies, sales-driven campaigns and brand message delivery.

Carol Buckle is Vice President of Creative Operations for the company. She brings considerable experience in design, illustration, strategy and account expertise to the organization. Carol completed graduate course work in Visual Communication Design at Kent State University and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.

Todd Wold is Director of Internet Services. Todd's responsibilities at Strateja-XL include development, optimization and marketing of clients web sites. Previously he worked for WaveRock Communications and Young & Roehr advertising agency. He graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Marketing.
